I am voluntarily agreeing to serve as a Volunteer in connection with THE IJEN TRAIL RUNNING and/or related events/activities and hereby assume all risks associated therewith. Having read this WAIVER and knowing these risks, and in consideration of your acceptance of this application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release THE IJEN TRAIL RUNNING and it's agencies and departments, and all sponsors of the Trail Running and any related events/activities and their respective agents and representatives, from present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of my participation as a volunteer, even though such claim or liability may arise out of negligence or fault on the part of any of the foregoing persons or entities.
